Hi, I'm Christian. I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and have always had a love for travel and adventure. I've finally taken the leap to become a "full-time traveler."

There's no real itinerary or end date. I'm just going with the flow.

Been house sitting for a friend, and trying out some new recipes. Try sautéeing carrots, onions, squash, and mushrooms till they are softish and browned. Then add in some white wine, juice of half a lemon, and a little Dijon mustard. Mix in previously cooked pasta and parsley. Enjoy! :-)

Here’s a throw back Thursday to when I was living in San Diego, had long hair, and was practicing circus practically three hours every day. Man I miss that time. Look at my smile here! :-) Northern California is great with the beautiful redwood trees here. But you can’t replace the chill beach vibe of SoCal. @daniilfastovets bro! This is our favorite push/pull full body work out. This is +/- 215lbs. Heaviest I've ever lifted. My body weight is up to 155lbs now. This is huge as I always struggled with weight gain and could never pass 140lbs. It all comes down to nutrition. Calories in > Calories out. I've been using plant based protein from CVS and eat way more than I think I need to. I'm a human in an ectomorph body. If you have trouble loosing weight, you're likely a human in an endomorph body. If you're human is an endomorph look up metabolic confusion. Eat no carbs one day and eat carbs the next day. Confuse your body to keep pumping fat burning Leptin.

If you have a desk job or otherwise sit a lot, chances are you do too! It's when the top of your hip bones tilt forward, putting pressure (tightness) on the front of your hips and causing loose butt! A great excersize is to put a bar with weights across your hips while doing dips. I'll make a post about that later. - This picture is from My Shasta in Northern California, about 3 hours north of Sacramento. It's winter and the urge to find snow is irresistible! Fortunately California is a huge state with many different climates. Mt Shasta has powerful energy vortexes and a community of crystal loving, vegan friendly down to earth people. UFO sightings are regular and so are energy healing communities!

Ok. I've officially found my new favorite pose to do ... Splits over a bridge. My thoughts go to Jean Clause Van Damn 😜🤣✌️. This is much more comfortable to do it on than the rails from yesterday. It's nice because my hip flexors are among my tightest muscles so this is a great stretch for them. I'll need to find some places near home to do this. On that note...if anyone knows photographers or brands focused on fitness modeling I'd love to connect with them. As this picture shows...it's a cool photo and needs a DSLR and someone who knows lighting well to make it pop.
